Juan serves as President of SKYY DMG responsible for the company’s day to day operations, strategic partnerships and global strategy. He served as CEO of Global Select Wealth Management, where he pioneered the development of in-country asset allocation platforms and development of investment products for institutions around the world. For over 20 years, Juan worked at Prudential International Investments where he served as the Director of Institutional Wealth Management. Juan has forged global relationships with financial institutions, industry leaders in finance, media, telecommunications and governments across the world.
Kevin is our Chief Technology Officer, and is responsible for turning our product vision into reality, and oversees all aspects of technology including Engineering, Product Development and Client Services. Kevin holds a BSE degree from Princeton University in Engineering Management Systems, and is a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of experience architecting and building large scale software platforms. Kevin began his career on Wall Street where he designed and developed software based tools for financial modeling and stress analysis for several major firms including PaineWebber, Prudential Investment Corp, and the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac). As a pioneer in web based software development, Kevin has amassed over 15 years of experience architecting and building enterprise level video and media based solutions, including Thomson Reuters’ Insider Platform in 2010, and Huffington Post’s award winning HuffPost Live platform which was launched in 2012. Kevin was also responsible for designing and creating ROO Group, Inc.’s Media’s Video Syndication platform in 1999.
Chief Commercial Officer
Aaron is the Chief Commercial Officer of SKYY Digital Media Group and is responsible for corporate strategy working closely with sales and marketing, branding, communications and product development. He is the Co-Founder of SKYY DMG’s sports company, SPORTTU, which uses SKYY DMG’s media technology to build the ultimate fan solution for telecommunications and media companies, sports teams and leagues, federations, universities, athletes and brands, as well as powers its own consumer sports brands.
Prior to SKYY DMG and SPORTTU, Aaron was the Co-Founder of New Media Strategies (“NMS”), the first social media company to be acquired in the industry, which was purchased by Meredith Corporation (NYSE: MDP). Aaron oversaw business development and corporate strategy efforts leading to extraordinary growth with NMS being awarded INC 500 status three years in a row, a prestigious award given to companies with exceptional year-over-year growth. Prior to NMS, Aaron served as a political appointee of the Clinton Administration in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, earning the prestigious Secretary of Defense “Award for Outstanding Achievement.” He was involved in the Clinton-Gore 1996 re-election campaign and has extensive political experience. In 2013, Aaron was just the fourth person to receive Cushing Academy’s Distinguished Alumni Award which honors alumni for their exemplary personal accomplishments, professional achievements or contributions to society. Aaron is a graduate of Hamilton College.
David is a seasoned CFO with extensive experience leading and developing world-class finance organizations at fast paced global technology companies. Prior to joining our team, David served as CFO of SPi Global, a $200m Business Process Outsourcing company with 18,000 employees worldwide. David has also held executive Finance roles at publicly traded and privately held middle market firms including ICT Group, MUSIC Group and eHealth Africa. Earlier in his career David led Finance organizations at large-cap publicly traded multinational corporations including NCR, AVAYA and CIENA. David brings to SPORTTU extensive international experience having completed overseas assignments in Spain, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and the Philippines. David has worked extensively throughout Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa and he speak five languages. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), David holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Beloit College in Wisconsin.
Director of Business Development
Derek works in business development and has been working in Business Development and Business Management for over 20 years. He has successfully developed relationships with many Fortune 500 companies across a host of vertical markets including telecommunications and finance, including two of the top four banks in Australia.
Head of Product Development
Jack heads up our Product Management team. He has a track record of delivering innovative multimedia, video and collaboration software platforms, and specializes in building the social tools necessary to successfully launch and grow communities. Prior to SPORTTU, he worked for 11 years at Thomson Reuters, serving clients in financial services where timeliness and accuracy of information are paramount.
Director of Global Initiatives
Simon’s responsibilities include international development, content, and commercialization strategy. He has 22 years of international sales and business development experience crossing both private and public sectors throughout Australia, USA Europe, China, Southeast Asia, and East Africa. Simon previously headed the technology division of the Australian Trade Commission, AUSTRADE, in the USA.
SVP Global Operations
Khurram is responsible for client on boarding and platform operations. Prior to SPORTTU, he was Vice President, Global Operations at Accenture, where he ran four Network Operations Facilities that facilitated the live streaming of marquee sporting events for CBS Sports, Red Bull Media House, BT Sport, ESPN, and Discovery Channel, among others.
Director for Latin America
Hernando opened and manages the SKYY DMG offices in Latin America, and is based in Bogota, Colombia. He has over 30 years of experience in growing businesses in emerging markets across a variety of industries including finance, media, and technology and has extensive experience in sports including previously having the rights to developing games for the Colombia national soccer team in the United States. Before SPORTTU, Mr. Diaz worked for ISI Emerging Markets, a division of Euromoney (listed on the London Exchange), in Mexico where he managed Central America and the Caribbean region.
Country Manager, Brazil
Ronaldo is responsible for the company’s operation in Brazil, overseeing business development, sales and marketing, and other strategic partnerships. Prior to SPORTTU, Ronaldo spent 20 years working in technology, services, and solutions for companies such as Datacard Group, Intralot, American Bank Note Co., and Oberthur.
Content Manager for Latin America
Victor oversees content operations in the Latin American regions. He has been working in content and product management for the past 15 years. His experience working in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Central America and the USA gives him exceptional experience, insights, and vision of the Latin American market.
